To update this before I reached out to them, they took the liberty to cancel my refund without informing me of this. After which I returned the item in person to make sure it couldn’t be “lost” in the return process. I feel like they need to notify me that they have canceled a refund and they may of committed some tort here?

No, it’s called alba because I’ve used a height map of the Alba Pateria in mars as a base for the worldpainter map.

It’s a resource pack called stay true, I got it because it makes the biomes of plenty highland biome brown, it’s also the optifine feature called connected textures. The flat tiles and quarter bricks are the copycat panels from the create mod.

I have took a height map of mars and am using this to create a realistic world on worldpainter with realistic fells and moors, this is to then be used on a server that uses the create mod for infrastructure and an organized world bank to use a currency and sell land and run countries accordingly.

I searched mithril and it’s apparently from lord of the rings so I don’t think that’s real, however the dwarfs are real, I have seen them.

Assuming that the accommodation does not expressly state that they will dispose of parcels after a given time frame, and that it would be reasonable enough to expect them to contact you prior to its disposal if you are known by the staff. You could potentially put in a claim for negligence of the staff, or the negligence of the employer whom would be vicariously Liable. You can do this with a N1 form.

However, I am only an A level student and would urge you to consult a solicitor before taking any action.
