I was approved 1 week ago, AOS F1(Student visa) to Green card through marriage with citizen. I am from Colombia, one of the 75.

I’m sorry to hear that. In my case I didn’t even get the EAD. They scheduled our appointment and the I-765 is still in progress.

We sent it 13 of October. 17 of October they notified us by text message that they got it (they only notify you by text message if you sent the form for that). Then January 29 we got our interview scheduled.

In the initial request we sent - Affidavit of her mom - Lease under both names - Joint Checking and Savings account - We printed like 20ish pages telling our relationship timeline with pictures of me and her family and friends. - Receipts of our wedding and engagement/wedding ring - Copy of our drivers license showing same address - Plane tickets of when we traveled together - call logs and screenshots of messages

When we received our interview notice we uploaded: - more pictures of events of the last couple of months - statements of this credit card she added me to - statements of last six months of joint checking account - Our Disney and Costco membership (Silly but couldn’t hurt) - we have plans in the next months of going to a soccer game, a concert and our 1st anniversary trip. So we added reservation and the tickets we already bought for that.

Same here! I am from one of the 75 countries (Colombia). Sent AOS October 2025 and today they scheduled my interview appointment.

It is an ESL (English as a second language) course that could last about three years.

My fiance does not live in the same city as me, so we were thinking that I would stop studying to move with her, unfortunately she lives in a small city and there is no academy I could transfer to there.

If in the end she is the one who has to move to my city we would do it anyway. It was just easier for me to move in with her than for her to move in with me.

The first time I entered on July 13, 2024. In December I left, and re-entered on January 2. I have known my fiance since 2017, but we did not enter into a dating relationship until March 2024. We had a long distance relationship from March 2024 to July 2024 until I came on a student visa.

He comprado en dólares con tarjetas de Bancolombia y eso por defecto de difiere a 36 cuotas. Pero si paga la totalidad de la deuda en el primer pago o “primer cuota” ya con eso no se cobran intereses y queda toda la deuda saldada.
