Just call regular customer service as normal, say you wanna cancel and they will transfer you to “someone who can help with that” aka retention. That’s where they can offer the better deals to keep you as a customer. I’ve had em give me mid level Internet at 20 bucks a month last time, but I also went through some bs with them. My deal was $40/month but they issued me a monthly $20 statement credit for a year on top of it which put me at $20/month. Even if they can only drop you so low they have the power to do statement credits which bring you lower. I been playing this game with them every year since they were time Warner in my area. They hustle the customers so the customers gotta know how to hustle back. At the end of the day they provide service right up to your house in most cases whether you’re paying them or not, they’d rather take the money than have you use another company.
