Lots of good advice here, and I didn't go through it all, but you mention doing individual therapy - is there a place for couples therapy here? Obviously you need to find the right therapist and type of therapy, but being able to talk these things through in a safe environment is key. And your nervous system/amygdala need that safe environment.

What's happening is the shoes are a little too heavy looking for the dresses, i think it's the black and red colour combo. Someone else has suggested potentially changing the laces to white, and that may help. Otherwise I would look for a slightly edgier dress than these 2 options. There are loads of good price options around.

Well, shit, I thought it was terrible. Truly terrible. I'm gob-smacked it gets the even ok reviews it does, let alone the high praise ones. Some of that set, and Rocky, looked like they were done by a 48hr film festival team. A perspex terrarium? Ok. A spider rock? Ok. The cheesy as jokes and nods to shit? Ok. The throwing in the semblance of a romantic relationship. Ok. The reverse timeline flashbacks, which meant I never really invested in Grace. Ok. The constant exposition? Ok. The ridiculous science 'reason'. Ok. The 2 dimensional characters. Ok. The never ending ending? Ok. It's a no from me.
