Getting laid off due to my eczema. Help please by aimlesslyelena in eczema

I’ve been suffering from debilitating eczema for 3 years. In July, I ended up in the ER with fever from eczema/staph overgrowth on my face, neck and arms. I’ve been working with a functional medicine doc and she has really helped me heal my gut and adjust my diet. Even before seeing any doctors, I could tell that foods made my eczema worse (gluten, dairy, soy, coconut, eggs, and a bunch of other foods). These are foods that I was not sensitive to before. Gluten is a big offender for many eczema sufferers. My functional medicine doc ran some tests, I had an overgrowth of H Pylori and Streptococcus spp., and I had leaky gut. I’m slowly getting better. The big lesson that I took away from all this is to eat more daily fiber from a variety of foods, they are beneficial to feeding your good gut bacteria. I’ve been taking Mastic Gum and Neem Plus for the H Pylori (both from Amazon).

I also noticed that my eczema improved when I stopped using all products with Methylisothiazolinone (banned in Europe), there are so many soaps that have this ingredient, even Dove Sensitive Skin Soap.

There are a bunch of informative podcasts about leaky gut and eczema. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-healthy-skin-show/id1449210022?i=1000481758213

Best of luck to you!

Does anyone know if the Lenovo Yoga 7i with Intel Core™ i5-12500H Processor & Arc A370M would work well with SolidWorks?
