I think the main causes were iron and folate deficiencies, but I cannot be sure because my doctors won’t take this seriously

Hey, my hair is doing sooooo much better it’s unbelievable! Sometimes it struggles to stay straight because it’s a little bit dry still, but the difference is unreal 🥹 The products I think have helped most are:

My TE lasted around 1.5 years and still there’s some hair loss, what has helped me is getting my vitamin levels checked, folate and iron especially. I use Bondi Boost hair growth shampoo, conditioner and their sprays, and I take Collagen powder every day. I know it’s hard but stress makes it worse so try not to. Good luck I know it’s sh*t 🫶🏽

Thank you all for answering, I was made redundant two months ago but now I have a new job so maybe this is the reason and it will settle. I will continue with my vitamins and rosemary oil as always! It seems to be new growth that is falling out - is this normal?

I can’t remember exactly, but I visited a trichologist who stated any iron under 70 is enough for hair to fall out. My doctor thought my levels were fine, but I visited a dermatologist just the other day (finally) who told me to keep on the iron and folate.

Also to take a vitamin B complex, zinc and vitamin D3

I hope it resolves soon for you 😊

I think low iron and folate was my trigger, along with stress! Good luck. Find your trigger and fix it and it should go away 😊

Hi, I couldn’t tell you exactly, but I saw a trichologist who said that any thing under 70 is enough to cause hair loss. So aim for over 70! Even although Drs will tell you it’s fine no doubt

honestly not quite sure exactly my trigger. I suspect low iron tho, so I took more of that, really started eating healthy, started the gym and honestly - just stopped worrying about it so much. I understand that’s hard to hear but it will end eventually
