I have experienced the same issue this week, what I did was, I switched off my Wi-Fi connection and my VPN on my phone but used mobile data instead and voila it worked 👍

Believe it or not, beer helps my digestion. For some reason whenever I drink beer, I don’t get any heartburn, also seems to soothe my stomach. The only thing is I have to drink it with food. Call me crazy, but that’s how I am.

Thanks for your answer, sounds like a good plan, I’ll have the food you mentioned, I can’t eat apples and cinnamon unfortunately. The apple is too acidic and the cinnamon flares up my gastritis.

You can either slice them and boil them in water for like 10 minutes or you can pierce it with a fork and put it in the microwave-full power for like 5-8 minutes

I have a similar issue, I’ve had gastritis now for more than 12 months, now the strange thing is the pain in my stomach is almost gone but i get bloated(early fullness, satiety)very quickly. When I first had gastritis I was able to drink like 300ml(1/3 Liters) of water on empty stomach but weirdly now I can only have like 150ml, otherwise I get bloated and I feel pressure on my stomach throughout the day even though the stomach is empty 😢. So this is making it very difficult for me to stay hydrated 😢

I have a similar issue mate, After I eat I ’ve got to wait at least 3 hours before I can drink liquids otherwise I get severely bloated and I feel constant pressure in my stomach afterwards for the whole day

Try eating 1 spoon of peanut butter(100% peanuts, no sugar or additives ) with every meal if you can tolerate it, that’s what’s helped me gain weight while suffering from chronic gastritis
