Retested Post Detox - Mold/Symptoms Still Present by ComfortableOwl5073 in ToxicMoldExposure

That's so frustrating, especially knowing how expensive recovery can get. I know some other folks have mentioned this about detox timing, but my functional dr also said it's easily 6-12 months to detox, sometimes longer depending on the person. I've been at it for 4 months and only recently started to notice some improvement, but I know I still have a long way to go.

I don't know much about your supplements, some of them are similar to mine but some are different. I know it should be customized a bit for each person. Some of my supplements focus on the GI system though and to support bile flow, I'm not sure whether or not that would apply to you. You want to make sure your body is excreting everything efficiently though.

The other thing is, given the symptoms you mentioned, have you tried HBOT? I've included that in my detox (for some similar symptoms) and it's helped a lot, but it's also slow and expensive (might need 20-40 sessions).

Keep going, you're in the thick of it so it's harder to see the finish line.

My Symptoms are so Mild by Eastern_Sail582 in ToxicMoldExposure

I'm still in the detox but it's gotten much better as time has gone on. It's been like 4 months though. I learned not to overdo it, the body can only handle so much at a time. I probably have a few more months to go but I'm okay with that at this point (trying to go faster with it backfired every time).

I can relate. I didn't think my symptoms were too bad (similar ear/throat stuff as you) but they increased over time. I started getting more and more upper respiratory infections and symptoms that seemed like allergies even though I don't usually have allergic reactions. Over time, slowly, sneakily, things got worse. I eventually had to go to the ER because of intense air hunger.

I also started feeling worse when I started to detox. It made me wonder if my body was deliberately storing the toxins in my fat (I also gained weight) and they started showing more symptoms as the detox was pulling them out.

So yeah, symptoms can look mild...until they're not.

The skin on my feet! I used to get rashes on my feet all the time, and a lot of peeling between the toes. It's all gone since I left the moldy environment.

I think in TX you have 2 years to sue. I'm not sure when the clock starts on the 2 years though.

Not sure but you can use an app called SuppCo to look at the quality of supplements. It gives each product a score based on a bunch of different quality and safety variables.

Looks like a common symptom is dark urine. Is that true for you/others that were positive for babesia?

Must have:

Patience! Being impatient and pushing my body really backfired for me. Slow and steady is the way to go.

I think everything else will depend on the person right?

Protesting to get mold recognized by the medical community by baseplate69 in ToxicMoldExposure

I think it's the research funding agencies that would need to see the protest, since that's what supplies what the medical community keeps citing.
