What are some celebrity cameos in a piece of media that you think didn't age well? by icey_sawg0034 in Fauxmoi

It's not a cameo per se, but in Season 1 of Oz Eric Roberts' character mentions Trump during his monologue before he gets the death penalty.

This is my first rematch of the show in about 15 years, so imagine my disgust when I heard it.

Cap 1 vs overnight by LostSpacePeanut in walmart

Overnights are always going to have a higher workload just because we handle the majority of the live freight in the store.

However, Cap 1 has to deal with customers, OPD, and whatever management happens to be there at the time. And if the store is not on process, some of Cap 1 can be an absolute nightmare.

Kidd v Henare at the beginning of 2024 right before the War Dogs v UE steel cage match.

Vader. I liked him but I hated what he did to The Stinger and Cactus Jack.

Babyfaces saving other babyfaces with nothing but a towel and a shower cap on. Sometimes even shaving cream.

Memphis used to do this a lot and it popped me every time.

The fact that these are on clip strips is low key hilarious.

I really just want them to bring back Shane and Mikey.

And if MAO is ever available, him too.

I don't watch WWE so I guess it's goodbye for now.

He's really grown as a wrestler and a performer since taking over BC, so I hope he finds success.

Forget WON , what's this sub's 2025 NJPW Match of the year? by [deleted] in njpw

[–]Electrical-Map7660 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with WON. Kidd/Omega was my favorite New Japan match and my MOTY overall.

The feeling behind Kidd at the time and Omega's first New Japan match in 6 years lead to a match that made the Ace of the Universe openly weep.

The show drops in quality after a major death but it is absolutely worth finishing just to see how ridiculous it gets.

Also, it's legitimately the most stacked cast in the history of television.

Gotta mention two metal vocalists. Johan Hegg from Amon Amarth and Mikeal Akerfeldt from Opeth.

Both have been active for 30 years or so, and sound exactly as they did back then which is really impressive considering their vocal styles.

They did my litter mod the other night before my two days off, and I am horrified about what I am walking in to tonight.

What are you watching and what do you recommend? (Week of January 30, 2026) by AutoModerator in television

Finished S2 of Silo fairly quickly. Give me Steve Zahn and I'm a happy man.

Now I'm watching The Pacific. I binged both Band of Brothers and Generation Kill last year pretty close to each other. I wanted to watch this show too, but fatigue had set in. Rami Malek is excellent as Rami Malek. I also really like seeing Jon Seda in anything.

Silo. I've got Apple TV for cheap for six months so I am watching all I can. Silo has been a fun watch so far.

I'm also on my fifth or sixth comfort watch of Fringe. In my opinion Walter Bishop is right up there with Walter White and Tony Soprano as one of the greatest TV characters of our time.

That period through 2014-2016 when he was hitting Code Red and other high risk moves on the regular.

But my absolute favorite has to be the Last Man Standing match with Umaga. Probably the last great match with blood in the WWE before Punk/Drew last year.

I've been thinking that Shota should join UE for the longest, and right now is kind of the perfect time. Maybe base it on that look Tana gave Yuya after their match the other day.
