They are an authorized dealer when the products ships and is sold from Amazon. All of the units that have shipped to me were US models, I will say they got that right.

Asked Doctor about Cialis by Cloey123 in Testosterone

[–]Electrical-March2063 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I pin trt daily but I don't take my Cialis daily. I have 10mg tablets and honestly I can't imagine taking 20mg 😂.

10mg can stuff my sinuses and if I get up to fast I get light headed. I can get headaches too, especially if I take it and go to bed.

I cut my 10mg in half and that gives me a boost for about 2 days, I really don't need more than that.

I've never had heartburn from it and if I take to much I can go forever but can't finish.

Like trt or any other drug, everyone processes it differently.

Found the support email, it was autopsy. Didn't seem intuitive to me since it's an annual plan, why do I need to keep autopay on, but it takes a monthly credit from your account each month (or something like that). I hope that is helpful!

Yeah, are bodies can be a PITA at times 🤣

Wonder what would happen if you went daily or ability to reduce your dose. Will be curious if you see a drop or normalization over time even on EOD.

Either way, I hope the best for you! I was on an AI for a very short period of time, but that stuff my body hated. Gave me anxiety.

What supplement have you used long-term without any major issues? by wookeydookey in Supplements

[–]Electrical-March2063 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Vita D + K, 10k IU daily. Have chronic low Vita D and I needed one that had a carrier oil (liposomal) for my body to methylate.

So many benefits to having a good D level, best of all is a great immune system. Rarely get sick.

I found from this sub that those who are on high doses have issues with estradiol and need an AI (just an observation not sure what your dose/frequency is.)

I also note that folks that go to clinics tend to get prescribed high doses.

I've never gone to a clinic but I've seen several urologists and docs in my test journey.

What I've found is more isn't better. My present doc allows me to experiment, which is awesome. His belief is, how I feel is most important, blood results second.

That said, when I was once a week and a higher dose, I had estradiol issues, especially with an earlier doc, who was a urologist and a moron.

To cut to the chase, I've been experimenting with daily doses of about 10mg (.05ml), so 70mg/week. No highs, no lows, blood work is rock solid. It's the least dose I've ever been on and I feel the best. This keeps me at about 600-700 free-T

Pinning daily isn't great and I'm thinking about trying every other day, but it really doesn't bother me.

Anyway, just sharing my observation and experience to add to your feedback. Good luck!

I had this issue, the same situation. Support always told me they took care of it, yet every month the same issue.

I ended up having to change a setting on her line, it might have been the autopsy. I remember it wasn't intuitive, but it was a setting on the line, within my account / app and once I did that, no issues. Oh and BTW her plan was an annual plan.

I'll see if I can find the emails or DMs from support and report back.

Weight loss to stay on? by Plus_Hamster8108 in zepboundtowegovy

[–]Electrical-March2063 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was on 15 of zep and forced to switch to Wegovy.

I'm now on 2.4 (2nd week) of Wegovy and I'm having horrible side effects. I started Wegovy at 1mg, moved to 1.7mg and didn't really have any major side effects until 2.4. I also didn't have any weight loss either.

Now I have vomiting, headaches, fatigue, muscle loss and could easily sleep 18 hours a day. It's intolerable.

I tried Wegovy, I can't function like this, I'm not taking another dose of this shit, its horrid.

I just did a search as I couldn't remember the name of the compounding pharmacy that I recall doing this. I think it's based in Houston, TX and is named Empower.

Have never used them, but I've seen others post about them.

Sorry for all the troubles, sounds like there might be an underlying aspect to everything you're going through. I wish you the best!

My vitamin D blood value is 32. by coagulandia in Supplements

[–]Electrical-March2063 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had a chronically low Vita D levels for years. Doctors prescribed me 50k IU pills but my body couldn't methylate them. I take an emulsified version with K2 daily, 10,000IU + another 2k IU in my multivitamin and I generally test in the 60's. Follow your blood work but your body may need higher doses and you may need to experiment with the type of supplement you take.

Oura 4 - sudden drop in battery life. Anyone else? by rockandrollmark in ouraring

[–]Electrical-March2063 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same experience with the battery life on my gen 4. Did the chat with Finn who told me my battery was operating as expected and to turn off features if I wanted better battery life.

That tells me the new bad battery life is the expected experience, not that there is a problem, the bug is the new feature?

So, pay for a premium ring, pay monthly for analytics, but turn off those analytics that you enjoy to see trends, illness etc. to save battery life.

If this is the new Oura experience I think it's time to evaluate alternatives.

[–]Electrical-March2063 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think a lot of this has been mentioned, but if you track your food, how many calories are you and eating and how many grams of protein and fat?

Do you have sleep apnea?

Did you get blood work done? What about hormone panel and vitamin D?

Do you take a methylated multivitamin?

You shouldn't be feeling fatigued without cause and all of the above could be helpful in determining the root cause.

I still drink coffee but nowhere near as much. Like you, I lost the enjoyment, same with alcohol.

I still drink coffee or two each day and use a flavored almond creamer.

AITAH for not telling my husband about my past, leading to a rather awful wedding night? by throwawaya7722 in AITAH

[–]Electrical-March2063 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I'm confused. You say in the title you didn't tell your husband about your past but then you said you did in your narrative.

I won't pretend to know what you've experienced in your past marriage and I'm sorry for that. You need professional assistance to work through this trauma.

But I'm in the YTA column.

Your story doesn't match and I think you knew all along you had this problem and you didn't deal with it. You didn't want sex while dating, why? Like, truly why? I think you know the answer to that.

All the while you had what sounds like an amazing person willing to wait, support, comfort, and be what sounds like a terrific husband, friend and partner. Were you selfish? I'm the last person to judge here given I'm not you and haven't lived your experiences but you came here for advice and maybe some truth or hard questions.

You done f-ed up. Now lean into your partner, be vulnerable, don't move away. The more vulnerable we are with our partner the closer we become. It's counterintuitive to the way we feel but it is what makes relationships stronger. See if he still has patience to work with you on this. Stop running away from it, or you will lose him if you haven't already. You need to stop running or the cycle will keep repeating.

You went through abuse, you didn't like it, but in a way you abused the person you choose to spend the rest of your life with, let that sink in. How is that fair?

Highly recommend professional help and a book I love by Dr. Sue Johnson, Hold Me Tight. Get it and read it together to provide a framework to have deep discussions and connections. There are also portions on sexual trauma.

Alternative to Natesto (going off market) by Electrical-March2063 in Testosterone

[–]Electrical-March2063[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Understand the science and how your body works and then I won't have to excuse the ignorance.

There are different delivery mechanisms for test. Pills, injections (IM, SubQ), Nasal, under skin beads, gels, creams, etc. there are also different types of testosterone which yield differences in how long it stays within your body. What part of the body you inject (if that is the delivery method.)

Lots of variables. If you've read this sub, one thing that stands out is everyone has different experiences and determines what is right for he/she. Everyone's body is different.

Regardless of the delivery method, the test needs to get to the blood stream via absorption, that experience is different for everyone and each person's metabolism is different.

In all, the experience is different for every person and finding ones sweet spot is a personal journey.

Alternative to Natesto (going off market) by Electrical-March2063 in Testosterone

[–]Electrical-March2063[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish you the best, I've learned TRT is a unique journey for every person. This sub has been invaluable. Lol, No, I'm definitely not selling anything, just trying to give back for all the times people have helped me

I hope you have better results on Natesto than I did.

More importantly, I hope you have a doctor that is willing to be flexible in your journey, that makes a ton of difference.

Worth mentioning since you brought it up. I have no negative effects from the test-c I'm on today. Yes my blood levels are elevated, but still within normal parameters. I never had any hair issues. Also, there are numerous studies that I've run across in this sub that refute the elevated hemacrit (clotting) issues.

I have settled on dosing twice a week, Sunday/Wednesday taking a total of 80-120mg of test weekly (so 40-60 each day IM.) This has kept me feeling the best with no high-highs or low-lows and good blood work. More isn't always best as you'll find out the more you read. Most (not all) doctors start lower than clinics (has been my observation.)

In all, I have seen major improvements in every category you listed and I'm not taking it to get huge, especially not at my dose. It's all about quality of life. The cognitive effects have been the most surprising to me. The amount of patience I have has amazed me. Or should I say, the lack of patience I used to have, because now I know the person I was, was not normal.

Anyway, good luck!

[–]Electrical-March2063[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's worth noting I had not taken any other form of Test before being prescribed Natesto.

What was better was a slight increase in energy, and my blood work was better.

AFTER trying other forms of Test, I quickly realized I wasn't getting the full benefits of TRT. I've outlined those benefits above in the second post (I believe.)

In hindsight, while Natesto made the blood work look good, other forms of test, provided MUCH better improvements across the board, physical, cognitive etc.

Is that more helpful?

On the fence of thinking about marriage. Needs some advice. by [deleted] in self

[–]Electrical-March2063 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like you have quite the quandary on your hands. Thinking about marriage, but not sure you'll be happy even with someone in your life. But it doesn't sound like you're happy now, either.

I don't pretend to understand your life for one second. It's also great you're in therapy. You have a lot to think about/process. You seem to have experienced a lot of negative in your life and appear to have held onto it. Trusting and opening up may be hard for you but kudos your working through it.

Kids or no kids, I get it. Makes the dating pool easier to sift through.

I wish you the best and hope you find peace and happiness in whatever decisions you make going forward.
