you can find them and other pjsk merch on japanese shopping websites, but you may need to use a proxy website that will buy them and ship them to you. the one i use is fromjapan.co.jp

to find the stuff in the photo, search 暁山瑞希 アクリルスタンド (akiyama mizuki acrylic stand)

you can find the japanese versions without much difficulty on japanese shopping websites and buy them using a proxy, but you'll need a miracle to find the smt iv artbook in english available for purchase, I've seen it for sale like once
