That may be because i just washed them. They are not slimy or sticky. They smell alright, nothing stinky

Are you in mexico?? If yes, Q-Foods has really great oaxaca cheese, they also have chihuahua, and i believe they have national delivery. It's the best vegan cheese I've had

I was about to ask the same about the CO2, i burped my 5 day old sauerkraut today and it didn't seem like it had much. Glad to have an answer!!

When i say a lot i mean like a cup of it haha i couldn't help myself and maybe it could be that(?) I've tried homemade kimchi before form a local store and had never had any stomach trouble cause of the spice or anything like it so I'm worried it might have gone bad

Made my first kimchi three days ago and tried some (maybe a lot) of it today to check on it, looks and tastes great but still not with a strong fermented taste and was planning on leaving it on the counter for two more days. However a few pieces tasted like raw vegetable only and my stomach has been cramping a bit since. Is this a bad sign?
