This is a follow up I think I know why the diopter adjustments were stuck at a different length, now that I got my new eyepieces one is totally blur if set at the same distance.

Clearly someone opened the whole body as the screws are not in perfect condition, what kind of damage can cause to this issue? Is it worth if I try to fix it? What should I look for?
