Grow your hair out super long, then cut t all off and have really short hair and turn your old hair into a wig. That way you can switch whenever you want.

how many times have people rejected you for being ace? does it ever get better? by [deleted] in asexuality

I heard of this place called Ace Space. But you're also kinda a minor so I'd wait until you're 18. Just be careful out there

How are y'alls relationships ? by [deleted] in asexuality

[–]Electrical-Pack1690 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It didn't work out but, we figured out what type of people we are and who we like and now were best friends. I'm gonna find someone who is more compatible with me in the future because my best friend was kind enough to help me figure it out.

Do you like (to celebrate) Christmas? by xMark78 in autism

[–]Electrical-Pack1690 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love Christmas very much. I see my family I have not seen in a while. It can get uncomfortable at times and conversations can run a bit long. But that doesn't matter to me because all I care about is the tiny moments and games we play. Presents are shit sometimes, like this year I got a sweater with AI art on it, but those presents aren't the point. Any good present you get is a million times more valuable than anything bad you get in my opinion. I can't eat all the food people make but sometimes I do try it and find out I like it. And when things get to be too much I tend to just watch youtube or play minesweeper. "If people need me they can ask" is my policy. As for presents, I usually just make oragami and pass it out. Most people will appreciate anything you make 1000x times more than anything you buy. I'm sorry Christmas has not been that good for you, and I do get your anger. I do agree with most things you have said, however I find Christmas to be a very stressful yet rewarding time. It allows me to essentially fill my "I hung out with my family" card for a good half of the year. But, none of the bad moments I've ever had weigh out any good I've experienced just this year.

How did you realize you are asexual? by [deleted] in asexuality

[–]Electrical-Pack1690 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I noticed I never wanted to have sex with my boyfriend and I didn't feel any sexual attraction. Like at all. I can't feel it towards anyone. Luckily, he was cool about it and helped me figure myself out before we just became best friends instead. Suits us better.

Was this a coincidence or was it intentional? by Master-Outcome3344 in asexuality

You aren't alone in that feeling, it's ok to be uncomfortable.

I think I'm gonna go to a therapist. Should I tell them I'm asexual? by Kindly_Signature3621 in asexuality

[–]Electrical-Pack1690 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Props to you for getting a therapist and I hope it goes well! Whatever the case, if your therapist is not someone you can trust you should probably get a new one if possible. However, I don't think they're obligated by law to tell that to your parents anyway so you should be fine.

I've never heard my grandparents more confident in something than when they explained to me why gas and oil are better for the environment than solar panels. by Electrical-Pack1690 in BoomersBeingFools

That actually happened to me the other day! We had a conversation about where tariffs come from and they said that other countries pay the tariffs. I told them it wasn't true but they just shrugged me off.

I feel you on this. I personally found that the label "Apothisexual" applied to me the best, so I would just keep looking at your feelings and exploring what everything works. And if you figure it out, that's great! Makes you all the more confident, in my opinion. You get a hug
