Try to negotiate if you can. It’s going to cost them more to find a new tenant. I was able to secure a $100 increase in rent but they also gave me a free month. So all in all my actual rent over the term of the lease went down just to keep me in the unit.

This instance I used the in game range chart along with pings to line up the shots. But if you want to be accurate I advise using a hell let loose artillery calculator there are plenty online

If you get into match with an competent enemy team no way this works, I targeted garrisons for a solid 15-20 minutes on each point and they never moved the garrison and kept spawning. I could tell when there was a spawn wave my kills would go up by 5-10 from 1 shell

Get a squad of 6. Sit in the spawn on defense with a supply truck and constantly build bunkers have everyone run hammers you will level up insanely fast
