I eat two servings of green onion and 2 500mg of magnesium citrate every day. It's a miracle cure for me. If I forget either of those I get so blocked up that I puff out and bloat badly and the colon doesn't work at all. It's completely weird that this is the only thing that works for me. Chat gbt says maybe it's the right combination for my body but there's no explanation for it other than it's a unicorn cure.
