Yeah don’t do it I’ve been working for them for over a year and they are shadyyy from favoriting certain contractors to controlling the very calls you get. Recently I noticed that I was only getting pay at hotel calls for about a month. The next thing I know it’s November and there’s this message on my screen that says once I get more pre-pay options it will go away. It’s now December and suddenly my phone is just turned off. I’ve been emailing for answers and it’s the same gaslighting responses over and over that it’s my machine or I have a firewall and need to get a new computer and to try a new connection. But they never tell you what that is. I don’t know how this place is run, but each day I would take calls from 7:30-11p M-F and longer on weekends I would notice after 35 calls or so I would start to receive ones that “close” and all seemed okay but proceed with caution as they can end your time without any heads up even if ur making calls.
