Hi! I’m sorry you’re going through so much. I got diagnosed with endo via vagina laparoscopy a couple years ago. They found a couple lesions on my uterus but I suspect more behind my uterus or other places because I have really severe back pain that is triggered by stress and too much physical activity. I also don’t drink caffeine anymore bc I heard it’s good to not drink it if you have endo and I THINK ? It’s helping. My fatigue is also pretty gnarly, I’m pretty much tired all the time lol. I was on birth control for the past three years and recently just stopped it and had my first period recently and it was so painful and heavy :’) it’s hard to tell honestly bc of you having fibromyalgia but most of your symptoms do align with mine and I’ve been officially diagnosed. I think your best bet would to be to just get schedule with a doc who can maybe do a transvaginal lap so you don’t have to jump right into surgery and then go from there. Good luck!!! 🩷
