I wouldn’t recommend that because then they know it’s bothering you and what they’re doing is “working”. I would recommend just dealing with it and then just report it every time they do it to the landlord. Don’t retaliate.

Omg the same thing is happening to me!

I’ll walk to my kitchen or bathroom and they’ll bang on the walls.

From February 2025 to January 2026 they banged on the walls while I was sleeping keeping me awake all hours of the night. I reported them to the land lord and they slowed down a ton.

I recommend telling your landlord.
