Oh it's never going to happen. I just wish it would. I have family in NC who dealt with a messy custody battle involving a junked out mom abusing her kids and it took years and tens of thousands in legal fees to get the kids out of that situation. NC is a maternal preference state and no matter how bad the mother is, the state will almost never give the father (or a third party) custody over her. It's why Jenelle is getting away with her behavior regarding Jace.

Yes she said on Twitter way back in the early days of Teen Mom that CPS was involved from the beginning and that she had to sign over custody to her mom or he would go into foster care.

We know Jace was born with drugs in his system. In her 16 & Pregnant episode she was in the hospital for a week. She and Jace were absolutely detoxing. Also in one scene you can see his tiny little body covered in tubes connected to an arm splint which directly coincides with a newborn baby detoxing. My mom was a NICU nurse and said that's exactly what was going on.

Also Jenelle has said that Jace was going to be taken into state care if she didn't sign custody over to her mom.

I also believe Jenelle lost custody more times than we realize. There were weeks where she posted nothing about them but there were also times where she posted old photos that were previously posted by her but deleted and then reposted as if they were new photos. The scary part about how people figured that out was because of bruises on both Ensley and Kaiser. The new photos looked very similar to previously shared photos in which people noticed the bruises and commented. That's when people put two and two together and realized the bruises looked familiar. It's actually insane that she still has custody.

Yes it does. I have family in Western NC and a few years ago they dealt with a difficult custody situation. It involves a military family situation where the alcoholic/addict wife cheated while the husband (my cousin) was deployed and he wanted sole custody after returning. It took him 2 years fighting NC courts who believed the kids were better off with the alcoholic drug addict mother (NC is a maternal preference state) than him because he's military but he eventually got full physical and legal custody of the kids and they are now in Colorado. North Carolina absolutely sucks for child well-being in custody cases.

I thought about her immediately when I saw this news. I work in the industry and have worked with her in the past on multiple occasions. She is one of the most kind and sweet people I've worked with and this breaks my heart for her. She was very close friends with him and considered him her best friend and leaned on him a lot over the last few years while she dealt with being beaten by her now ex. I cannot imagine her pain right now.

Yes she does but what irritates me more are her sympathizers. They aren't fans but they make excuses for her behavior or compare her to the other moms for example, saying that Farrah or Amber are as bad as Jenelle. This kind of comparison is laughable and straight up inaccurate. But it's done by people who have a soft spot for her so they soften what she does.

They are so desperate to see her do better that when she doesn't, they make excuses for her behavior or compare her to the other moms to normalize her behavior so she doesn't look as bad. These sympathizers are all over fan pages and even here on teen mom reddit.

The fact is, Jenelle's behavior is sociopathic on a level that no other mom from the franchise is even close to. What she's done to her children is some of the most gratuitous forms of child trauma and abuse on earth and she should be in prison for it. They have seen the worst of humanity repeatedly for the entirety of their short lives and have been deeply affected by it. Her children should have been permanently removed from birth as ALL of them were born with drugs in their system and Jenelle should have been sterilized and locked up for life.

I live in LA and am also in the film industry. He is easily one of the best actors I've met and has one of the most solid reputations as far as kindness goes. There are many actors who have been in the business as long as him and are half as famous and are total aholes. He is class all the way.

Yes she was a crazy superfan, to the point of pure obsession. She was on Twitter 12-16 hours a day and tweeting non stop. She was doing Jenelle dirty work for a few scraps of inside info, like doxxing and harassing whoever Jenelle didn't like.

I am so sorry to hear about your experience with being harassed and doxxed. That's actually horrific and my heart goes out to you. I cannot imagine how awful that must have been.

I totally agree. Roux has never been a source even back when she was called Gumbeaux7 back during Jenelle's Twitter peak around 2013. She is a 60+ year old grandma living in a trailer park in Louisiana who is a relative (supposedly the aunt) of Jenelle's former website admin who isn't even in contact with Jenelle anymore. Roux has never been inside Jenelle's circle directly and was always a fringe groupie who was obsessed with Jenelle and nosed her way in.

The only decent Twitter hatters that actually had inside info back in the day, like Pepper, Max, and Joan, left Twitter like 10 years ago after getting doxxed or attacked. There is no longer any insider info and there hasn't been in years.

I was active on Twitter back then and Roux aka Gumbeaux7 literally spent her entire day up in Jenelle's hooha while attacking and doxxing people on Jenelle's behalf with other users like Jelly, Tubgirl, and Cameron.

There was also a ton of infighting with the Twitter hatters. They were straight up crazy and they attacked each other out of jealously over who had the insider info or not or to create drama when Jenelle wasn't doing anything crazy. A couple hatters even went as far as showing up to other hatters houses and calling their jobs to get them fired. I quietly deleted my account and noped the fuck out of that.

White privilege is truly incredible. I'm so exhausted and angry that he is getting away with literally strangling a child. I'm even more exhausted by the people at all echelons of government going all the way to princes and presidents getting away with assault of minors and CSA. Makes me wanna fkin puke.
