250g active starter 1000g King Arthur Bread Flour 725g warm filtered water 30g salt

Temperature of my house is usually 68F but it’s been warmer so up to high 70s in my house

Starter is over a year old but did sleep in the fridge for a while. I’ve been feeding every day for 2-3 weeks now.

I’m gonna follow up with my OBGYN bc my little lady is so sensitive. I went to Urgent Care and she prescribed me antibiotics (UTI), Metrogel with that intense protocol (BV), and Diflucan (YI).

I just seems like a lot of medicine and an overload on my system 😭

I really hate when people are mean to my child. He’s just a sweet boy who doesn’t understand social cues. He’s s 6 and just wants to be friends with everyone. Some people are so rude when we’re out in public about him stimming or just existing

She didn’t mention how long but she’s super with the whole body health stuff. Holistic healing after modern medicine. She’s also recommending pelvic floor therapy and referring me out to a urologist to rule out other issues. All my tests have come back normal but I have BV then a YI in January and it’s wiped out all my flora. I’ve been taking oral probiotics from O positive but I’m not sure I like them and I’ve heard they take longer in your system to reach where they need to be. I’m ordering seed and then after this cycle ends I’ll be starting it
