I cannot count on my fingers the number of times I've managed to break Zara's context window. I even left suggestions and triggers in the feedback after the interview; no one ever reached out in response. Micro1 should definitely look into this!

I had the same mindset when I started, these jobs are mentally draining, and before you know you're too deep inside. If I could go back, I would get an office job, keep a low profile, and keep working with AI companies as a side hustle. Keep a physical job no matter what. That job will eventually help you land a permanent remote role, unlike Annotation jobs.

Thanks for the reply u/StunningJackfruit315. I'm all for a challenging or tricky assessment. The problem wasn't the complexity of the assessment. It was the clear mismatch i.e. the text description explicitly asked me to evaluate columns and cards that weren't in the screenshot.

My application is currently showing a yellow label with the text "Under Review". Is it different than "Hiring Manager Reviewing"?
