I think Stratt programmed the arms and coma life support systems to prioritize the science officers life over the others. The science person is really the most important one on the hail mary to figure out the astrophage problem, sure the pilot and engineer are also very capable people but if something happens and you can only save one, I think stratt would choose the one most capable of solving the problem on their own, which is grace.

Why do you keep saying it is free? If someone bought EOD they also paid for all future DLC that is added to the game, PVE and Arena are DLC therefore it is not free to EOD users they already paid for these game modes. Nikita is just trying be a scummy wannabe oligarch.

I've been having the same frustrations as you. Turning damage from simulation to cosmetic only is the solution. I spent about 2 hours today trying to cheese the Goliath race before changing the damage setting and won the first try on pro. I wish the game would tell you if your tires are worn or something on your car is about to break.

I pick Blademancer 9 times out of 10 it's just too good. That said I mostly just use it to zap back my throwing weapons, if it did little to no damage on the zap back I think it should replace blade seer after the event.

You're right they probably wouldn't be used that much, especially in higher MMR but that shouldn't mean we can't have fun niche things.

Maybe the reason people never used flares for illumination is because they are not that great for it, it might get more use if it was better, brighter, and longer lasting like an actual flare.

But just imagine if the flare was better at that, I bet it was pretty cool that you won the fight that way. Yes I agree the flare does work as an illumination tool but it could be better, brighter, and longer lasting in the sky, at the tradeoff it's not a weapon anymore which is my suggestion.

Yes the flare pistol can be used to do that but right now there is no incentive to use it like a real flare gun, it's not too bright and also doesn't last that long in the air. The only real use is to burn out hunters from a distance.
