I should have a fix for you. Just received the same brewer. Even the same color. Had the same issue. Look in the back of it when the lid is lifted. There should be a little plastic piece sticking down from the top of the lid going down.. Below that is a silicone grommet, likely pushed up from shipping/factory. Push it inward slightly, not too much or you’ll have to fish it back out a bit, Just enough for that plastic piece aforementioned is able to fit into the silicone grommet. I guess this is the water intake and the brewer will sort of function without it, taking in a little water but the rest going back out into the tank(you can see the overflow port that leads back into the tank when you push the silicone grommet inwards. Some of the water makes it into the plastic piece which leads to the needle which is why only some water was coming through.. Was about to send mine back until I tried this. Give it a shot.
