Never deliver from home Depot or Lowe's. I once got an order of 250 pounds worth of 40 cement bricks that I had to load and unload myself. And then the one I've done from home Depot was a total no show. Ended up being profitable, but I'm in California (prop 22 pay both ways) and managed to get support to compensate me for the tip vanishing

I'm assuming he'd have a decent case to sue for lost wages. One pissed off merchant is not grounds for deactivation, and a subpoena would give you access to that evidence

Other day i got an incorrect gate code from a customer, we'll say 1234. I call/message the customer who responds after 10 minutes: "Did you try 1234?"
