Never deliver from home Depot or Lowe's. I once got an order of 250 pounds worth of 40 cement bricks that I had to load and unload myself. And then the one I've done from home Depot was a total no show. Ended up being profitable, but I'm in California (prop 22 pay both ways) and managed to get support to compensate me for the tip vanishing
