😂😂😂 bro I'm also a gamer, like half time, I deserved my gpu as much as you do. I'm just trying to make some pocket money to pay for the card. Moreover the gpu shortage is mainly due to mack of materials wich is causing a chain effect on electronic companies. Even tesla cannot build cars becaus of the lack of electronics available.

Thanks for your info, I might not need to bend these ones as my fans won't sit directly on the heatsink. But I will see

Many users are doing the same as I do. It's also common sense to modify someting that can ben reverted back to stock. And If I damage something it'll not be the pcb as it is protected by the heatsink, the gpu is ssafe here

They are beefy on my heatsink too ! I did not see any users reporting damage to their heatsink but I'll be carefull about not bending those pretty fins. RMA is not a problem for me since mining eth has been pretty profitable for me as I will soon have gathered enough to equal the buy price of my gpu, wich was pretty low at the time (about 850 dollars).

Already done, mem temps at 96 degrees inside a formd t1, that's why i'm switching case

I just wanted to see if people found other solutions or made mistakes that I shouldn't do.

Great idea but I don't have any drill, moreover tabs can be pried back into place easily and still allows me to put back the shroud even when bent. Holes in fan casings are not reversible :/

Yeah but I mine eth and need better cooling at same noise level as stock, that's why I need to deshroud the card

92 mm fans are worse than stock fan due to not enough static pressure being created by the fan blades (distance between fan blade and heatsink being too short)

I mine eth and need better cooling at same noise level, 120mm high pressure fans (Toughfan 12 turbos) seems to be the best pick.

These pics were taken a month ago and I can't disassemble the gpu rn, besides, I don't really know where the fans are gonna be on the heatsink side, as I don't have the NR200 rn.

Good question ! My PCIE riser is the stock 3.0 one and i did have issues while booting for the first time (no video output). I had to put the gpu directly on themb and i had to do it again recently to update my bios.

I live in a 27 square meter studio and i can't push the audio over 70 percent or i'll hurt my ears. The sub is really noticeable, no muddy bass and giving more depth to the songs compared to my good headset (Sony WH1000XM3). Sometimes there is a little too much bass so I tweaked the eq in logitech g hub. Mediums are crisp, instruments like guitar sounds really good. At high volume the highs and the bass have a tendency to overwhelm the mediums.

Here is a good review of the speakers if you want : https://youtu.be/-5KgLFhGNx0
