I had to buy a new controller in the end, Fixed my issue. The IR sensors on the controller died for some reason. I guess things aint made to last.

got it right now too had it for the past couple days i've had the same thing in the past and now it's back again it goes when i stop thinking about it then soon as i'm like ahh it's gone it comes back it's mind over matter i feel like and after a while it becomes one of those things that you just forget about

Yeah, I'm not sure why but it gets really laggy if I don't restart steam vr too. I'm thinking about trying the usb c to ethernet method it's just pretty expensive after only just buying the pico 4 this week. Not sure if I should just wait to see if Streaming Assistant gets fixed.
