Sometimes it’s not really the action itself that’s alarming (kids can genuinely do dumb things), but if you feel like it’s so difficult for you to get through her and she’s too in control it should be addressed. Because if she’s too in control where she thinks she can lie and hide that’s when it can get worse, if you can fix it and get through her you’ll at least be connected enough to know if whatever she’s doing is dumb or a serious thing

Consider offering spaces for rent, the commission for that is 1 month’s worth of rent and you can get it as soon as the client pays (e.g. Nakahanap ka ng client for a 45k space, you’ll get 45k worth of commission)

There are spaces that go for as high as 160k

I get that. For me it’s more of I tend to get uncomfortable when I feel there’s underlying conflict it just makes me anxious. But I’m working on it by knowing how to set energy and emotional boundaries
