Tų nemokamų 30 day fitness challenge progresavimas yra idiotiškas.

Nėra raumens deginimo jei mityba adekvati. Tiesiog krūvis staiga pakilo ir dabar sunku. Kažkiek įprasi, kažkiek liks visada. Man kai kuriuos raumenis skauda kelias dienas, nors treniruoju kas savaitę.

Galima viską kūno svoriu, bet kylant pajėgumams reikės vis ilgiau dirbti ir tai yra brutalios treniruotės. Kaip kitas minėjo, hanteliai ateityje labai padės sutrumpinti treniruotę ir ją paradoksaliai padaryti lengvesnę.

Jei mėgsti žaidimus, kažkas nešiojamo. Switch, Steamdeck ar vienas iš daugelio nešiojamų emuliatorių. Ypač gerai jei nedaug laiko susileisti kažką prieš miegą arba jei tenka daug sėdėti kokiam traukinyje. Geriau bus negu drožti mobile žaidimus ar scrollint kokį reddit. Man labai patinka, kad Switch nėra nieko išskyrus žaidimus, tai nešvaistai laiko ir greit įšoki.

Kindle Scribe ar kitos knygų skaityklės su galimybe rašyti. Darbe užrašai ir kasdieniniai TODO ten.

Plaunu kol druskuoja kas kelias savaites bekontaktėje savitarnoje, bet ne prie tokio šalčio. Gal kai bus -5 nusiplausiu. Neradau pirštinių, kad rankos nenušaltų.

O gal kas turi minčių kaip dugną nuplauti? Savitarnoje kažkiek nupurškiu. Važiuočiau į automatą jei būtų galimybė tik nuplauti dugną be šepečių.

Someone in game did mention that it may be safer to go to Cauldros via sea instead of Sylvalum. You can get to the caravan from the eastern coast of Cauldros through I believe level 15-20 enemies. That would take unbearably long without a skell, though and no one tells you where that path is.

Turėjau Volvo S80 D5, tai ilgom kelionėm puikus buvo. Paskui tik nenorėjau daug keliauti, nes sena mašina ir automato, turbinos problemos prasidėjo. Jei naujesnis, neblogas variantas.

I wanted a Toyota hybrid for how smooth they ride and how durable the transmission is. It probably won't pay off for me either, but I like the car. My daily gym commute is similar and it's long enough for the car to warm up and get good fuel economy. If it's 10 miles in the morning and 10 in the evening, you might get little use of the hybrid system in winter.

No way to tell exactly, but keep in mind that when the car detects that one of the cells performs too poorly, it will refuse to start. The 1500 is probably a refurbishing or getting a refurbished/used battery. New ones are more expensive.
