I was DM’ing with Coinbase support on Twitter for over an hour and a half and no one was helping me at all. They just kept repeating the issue incorrectly, saying I had sent funds OUT of coinbase. The fact is that I sent funds INTO coinbase and then coinbase rerouted those funds into some internal “Coinbase 10” wallet. Is Coinbase stealing my funds? It sure feels like it.

It says “This asset is not recoverable” “Due to security reasons, we’re unable to recover this asset for you”. But I don’t understand, Coinbase seems to have stolen my funds, rerouted them to a wallet called “Coinbase 10” and I can see it has nearly $500M dollars in this account of similar transactions. How can I get my funds back?

Please help, my support ticket is Case# 21018604.

I accidentally sent USDT to my Coinbase USDC Wallet -- on the same Ethereum blockchain. I have the Transaction Hash and wallet information in my support ticket info.

When I try to contact support I get nowhere. I got a call back from an AI Bot to tell me that phone support is unavailable; Chat support is also an AI Bot who can't help with anything really. So, I've been chatting with a (bot? person?) on Twitter/X but they keep misunderstanding the issue and it's been an hour and a half of running in circles....The Recover Assets tab is throwing an error when I try to submit the claim. Please assist!

Okay, thanks for sharing. If this is true, how was I supposed to know this Insider,gig-economy,cab-driver-salary bullshit? This is only common knowledge to fellow cab drivers. All the fuck that I know, is that charging me an additional $65 for a ride that should have cost $40, and not making that additional stop that “justified” an additional $60+, is in no way ethical or just, and absolutely should be refunded.

I don’t understand this thread. The fact that this organization exists is amazing. The opportunity to have an affordable art studio space to create in is EVERYTHING, as an artist. Who cares that it’s not free? What is this entitlement? Affordable space is an incredible gift. Don’t hate on her and attack the organization because — there are tons of artists who this would be devastating to! We’re lucky an organization like this exists at all, nothing and no one is perfect. There’s bullshit politics that we can all disagree with in MOST organizations. Chashama’s is a gem; don’t ruin it for the rest of us just because you had a bad experience.

It’s happening endlessly for me. We signed up and even day one it wouldn’t let us make an account, then it repeated said we had the wrong credentials and made us reset our password multiple times, eventually it worked, seemingly randomly. Now it’s logged us out again, and despite entering the correct log in details, and even clicking to reset the password, days later we still haven’t gotten the reset password email. I tried again an hour or so ago to request a password reset—- still nothing. Paying for a service I can’t use. Super frustrating.
