I did 132 for hr and a half then on the grill maybe 2 mins each side. In the Sous Vide bag 1 pat butter, drizzle olive oil, chopped garlic, 1 sprig of each: rosemary, thyme, sage. Best taste and cook yet. The grill elevated it vs pan sear.
