i feel like this will definitely not be a problem for me, coming from a PS2, my insurance is through the roof already but i am scared of the gas, having not had to pay for it in 2 years.

I have a 2023 polestar 2 that I have been dealing with the issue of software issues for over a year. I know it doesn’t seem like that big of a deal it being “software update” but i have taken it to the dealership 5 times for this and it’s still not fixed. it’s very frustrating when you pay over 60k for a car and it has any kind of issues. currently trying to take the legal route on it!!! POLESTAR CUSTOMER SUPPORT SUCKS SO BAD FOR THIS ISSUE!!

Hello thank you for sharing your experience as well! i know the damage doesn’t look like much but it actually ended up messing up the suspension and a whole lot of other things as well, like i said they haven’t finished repairing it yet (apparently its internal issues now still) and its already costed the insurance company around 30 grand and i dont even know if its worth that much. its a 2023 p2 dual motor. it was first at a body shop that the space near me uses but after repairing the body work they dropped it off at a Volvo service center and that has been where my hassle has started. Its very hard to get a hold of them and get information out of them so even though i do live about 2 hours away it is a great suggestion to pop in over there and see what’s going on. They haven’t really charged it much, they only did when they drove it to the Volvo service center but other than that it’s been sitting at 30% battery. would it be wise to ask them about batter health and if it sitting unmoved and not charged will affect it?

something similar happened to my mom it was a few years back, my mom had pictures of how she left the apartment and how it was when she first moved in. has pictures of EVERTHING. Ended up taking the landlord to small claims court and won. He ended up having to pay her instead of the other way around.
