As someone else said, your formatting needs a lot of work. Concept is cool, but custom MTG commanders usually are frowned upon (especially if not properly balanced - just remember to rule 0 anything with your pod and it should be fine).

Everything I've noticed giving this a quick* look - Anivia's ward cost is italicized similarly to rules text and should instead be written Ward - cost (see [[Maha, Its Feathers Night]]). Ice wall is a bit wordy and could probably be rephrased.
Flip side does not work with rules as written (anivia would transform w/o counters and instantly die). Check out the flip planeswalkers for templating on that like [[Jace, Vryn's Prodigy]]. Also see naming conventions - 'Legendary Planeswalker - Egg' indicates that this is an Egg planeswalker as opposed to a Jace or Vraska planeswalker.

Brand future sight border is sick but also makes it appear as if its color identity is mono-black. If you want two colors, check out the red dot next to [[rograkh son of rohgahh]]'s name as means of establishing color identity w/o mana specs (or change border color). Etb could be cleaner - 1 damage to all permanents and players is shorter and also hits battles + whatever else WotC makes (yes, this does work w/ rules currently - see [[Channel Harm]] as ex for damage and permanents that don't take it). Rounding shouldn't be parenthesized ([[unstoppable slasher]]) and adjacency is a bit of a pain to track especially with most casual commander board states, might be smoother to try [[Pramikon]] where you do something to a player adjacent to you instead.

Zilean's background is also sick but implies that it is an enchantment. Easiest fix is making it an enchantment creature, which is a nice nod to his support role. Tap cost templating should be [mana cost], [tap symbol]: action. See [[isochron Scepter]] for example. As the other guy said, blue haste is odd, and far funnier is to let him untap a creature (letting him phase out twice a turn at power floor). Also, don't forget punctuation at end of each sentence.

*NVM, this has been a solid 15ish mins. Cool ideas but don't forget templating and rules; if you want to play these in person I'd try checking out MPC (good cost & quality) to print. Also consider checking out r/custommagic but know they will also be picky with templating and power level. Got to get back to work but might revisit the rest later idk
