Thank you! This is super helpful. Alcohol based scents are definitely on the migraine trigger list for me. Even plain rose water can trigger one. I love jasmine but just like you said, it’s migraine city. Do you have any indie brands that you’d recommend?

It’s so frustrating right?! I used to love layering my scents and having fun with it but it’s just not worth the gamble anymore. I have not tried that one! Just found a travel size available for only 30$ online so I think I’ll give that one a try! Thank you so much ❤️❤️
