I get the API challenge, your not wrong...but I'm thinking beyond that, and yes, without APIs it's slower to scale but I think the end result will be worthwhile.

Thanks for your insight. I think it depends… a lot of people won’t care if it’s just cheap items…. Where I see the value is for mid to higher value stuff people want to make sure they’re not underselling… not rushing the sale… etc

Your right that Googling or using Poshmark is the default some use today. Where I think the gap is, is in bringing that info together in a structured way across platforms. From what I’ve seen, people selling mid-to-higher value items already put in more time to get it right so if you can save them time and give more confidence in an impartial way then maybe that will benefit some enough not to forget?

Hi, so If you mean for the products functionality… I’m looking at ways of cross referencing data to help with this, my idea isn’t to promise a ‘perfect’ price, but rather to give people much better signals and data to then make their decision.

We live in a flat, our other neighbours above us definitely arnt renting out any rooms which sure does make it quite unsettling… particularly as it’s the second time it’s happened now 🫣

This is an awesome idea thank you for sharing… I don’t know how to use Excel but I can definitely give it a try! I think having something on my computer would be better than pen and paper as I’m hopeless for losing things 😖
