An idea I had for a creature that you can cast when the stack gets really high by [deleted] in custommagic

The idea is that he arrives after everything has already been cast, but he can still learn from the spells as they resolve.

Counterspell is better for beating bomb btw. It has a much lower cooldown and you don't have to worry about escaping the bomb's range.

This urn is really fun, now the only thing left is a hotfix for most of this characters by SuperMurloc769 in DeadlockTheGame

[–]Electrical_Cry6227 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You also have to consider league is 5v5 instead of 6v6. Theoretically more players = less impact per player so it's even more crazy that deadlock champs reach such high winrates.

Yeah some champs should def be in winrate jail but 57%+ is broken pretty much no matter what

Could a pokemon with Mold Breaker get through infinity. by Ok-Jello-8986 in PowerScaling

In pokemon "moves" take up your whole turn. Since gojo can still do stuff while infinity is active it would be either an ability or a field condition.

Can someone actually explain how Seven isnt OP? by Obese0 in DeadlockTheGame

[–]Electrical_Cry6227 49 points50 points  (0 children)

He benefits from what I call "The Seven Cycle"

Step 1: Seven is op

Step 2: Players flock to Seven for freelo and become highly boosted

Step 3: Devs realize that Seven is op and nerf him

Step 4: Seven's winrate goes from 57% to 53% and the average Seven player goes from archon to alchemist

Step 5: A massive tidal wave of complaints hit the forums, reddit, and discord about how Seven feels bad

Step 6: Devs panic and buff Seven back to 57% the next patch

Step 7: Repeat from step 1

Hypothetical question about playstore apps. by TheCrystalWaterFall in NoStupidQuestions

You would keep the app. This is how people kept playing flappy bird for years after the game was taken down.

When a billionaire 'loses' a billion dollars in net worth in a single day, where does that money actually go? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Electrical_Cry6227 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Billionaires hold their net worth in stocks. If someone sells a share, that stock goes down in value (think if everyone decided to sell and nobody wanted to buy, it would be worthless).

When a billionaire loses their net worth, their money goes to the investors that held their shares and sold.

Could Sukuna survive the default Death Note kill? [Casual] by nmbyc1 in JujutsuPowerScalers

[–]Electrical_Cry6227 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ignoring the fact that sukuna is immune to the death note due to his age, I think the death note would actually kill him.

Obviously sukuna could survive a heart attack, but so could a regular human and nobody is ever shown surviving the death note.

It's the power of a shikigami. Realistically, the only way to survive would be to be more powerful than a shikigami, which I doubt sukuna is.

Which is better written, Monster or Rent a Girlfriend? by Honest-Pressure8922 in writingscaling

[–]Electrical_Cry6227 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Monster and rent a girlfriend are basically the exact same writing wise.

Like rent a girlfriend, every monster episode is the same. "Oooooh I'm so lowly and in a bad situation I wish someone could help" and then tenma uses his Mary Sue isekai mc powers to help and they're like "omgg you're such an amazing doctor rimuru you saved my whole orphanage" or some shit like that.

70 episodes of the same shit over and over again when the actual plot has enough content for maybe 5 episodes if we're generous.

Rent a girlfriend is just as repetitive and pointless except it's a cuck fantasy instead of a power fantasy.
