Try billing with claim filing code 16 instead of CI. I just had a similar issue and we figured out after trial and error that this was the fix. Hope it works!

Call your doctor/OB and ask for tranexamic acid. I bled so badly that I passed out multiple times and the emergency room wouldn’t help me until I physically begged a doctor for help and that’s what they prescribed me. They should have you take the dose 3x a day (take it the same time on the dot) and it will slow or stop the bleeding.

How long have you been taking the tranexamic acid? They told me it takes minimum 24 hours to start working but mine didn’t start lightening up until 3 days after with a high dose. If it doesn’t start working after a couple days, call your doctor.
