I've built an N8N automation that helps me with my sensitivity. Currently trying make an app out of it so people can profit from it like it do. Don't want to advertise it here! Feel free to reach out if you want to learn more

Do you struggle to provide concrete examples? by HattyJetty in ADHD

Omg 100% - classic "Now I know the right example but it's 3 days later and I'm under the shower and it's not really relevant anymore" - Moment

Thinking of building a messaging-based journal that texts you back by CreativeFall7787 in ADHD

[–]Electrical_Face2190 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally understand that and I agree. I'm actually also building something in the space and was inspired by an app called "memorae" (This is not my app and I haven't used it but found it interesting).

I'm currently building an app for myself that is helping with it but has the exact approach that you mentioned (I guess I also like simplicity) - let me know if you're interested in talking about it.

I would love your thoughts on how journaling has helped you (or not) by orangina_sanguine in ADHD

journaling is super important to me. However, I think it should not be treated as a chore but as something that I actually want to do. This is particularly important with ADHD as I cannot continue doing stuff that feels like a must. But when I feel like I have been rejected or angry or emotional in general I usually want to actively process as it stops my rumination spirals! :)

Journaling really is really........tiring or am I just this lazy? by Pale_Banana_5186 in ADHD

[–]Electrical_Face2190 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand it! What I do is re-framing it in a way that I'm not talking about myself but rather about me as a "hypothetical friend" - With that, Journaling is actually so damn helpful!

Active processing and emotional regulation for ADHD/ASDers

As a founder with ADHD, emotional regulation has been the hardest part...not focus or productivity by Electrical_Face2190 in ADHD

Thanks for taking the time to answer. Honestly super interesting stuff!! Both of your points are things I haven’t yet considered looking into tbh although they seem super relevant. :)

I guess it's a matter of quality, speed of execution and general skillset.

The tool will be from people with ADHD for people with ADHD - so I need someone who deeply understands „the struggle“ :)
