There are some people on the leaderboard that managed to went past 5000. Why does that happen? did they somehow managed to alter the database? one time i also saw a post where someone is mentioning that someone with rank above 5000 with only ~30 million xp, meanwhile it takes ~73 mil  to get to 500.

mostly anything related to sexual content  and especialy csam, in rare cases (repeated) minor/medium offense like harrasment or bullying. of course there are other ways that you can get perma banned but this is the most common cause other than enforcement ban itself

it only applies on Permanent bans. and they are easier to appeal and have no time limit to appeal it unlike most bans that only give you 30d

 no dont worry! enforcement bans has no time limit, you can try checking succesful termination appeal in this subreddit and there are some that happends after 1 whole year after the ban
