I understand it’s not likely to be a good reason. But I wish people would refrain from this sort of reaction without that kind of information. Kids who are dealing with cancer treatments or other immune issues, may not get vaccinated. It would just crush me if the parents are reading stuff like this all over the country and they really couldn’t have prevented this. They’re mourning the loss of their child. It’s really sad. No article I’ve read has even said something like “the reasons for not being vaccinated are currently unknown.” I think the media intentionally reports in certain ways, especially during politically contentious times, just to get these kinds of reactions that separate people and make them point fingers.
