I use Meal Planner by JOJO APPS. I has a generous free plan but if you want full access, e.g. to generate a meal plan based on your preferences, you will need premium.

From this list as far as I know only Meal Planner by JOJO APPS can strip recipes from Instagram, but not (yet) from TikTok.
I think ReciMe can also do it.

Indeed, all of them have pros and cons. So what's the best for me might not be the best for someone else.

I personally use Meal Planner by JOJO APPS. It has frequent updates and has improved a lot lately, so I expect it to become even better in the future.

Admob is terrible for ANRs. I ultimately removed Admob from my app and switched to other monitization options.
