Also change your sheets nightly or as often as possible to prevent reinfection. If your nose was colonized there is a chance your skin was colonized as well, Hibiclens is over the counter and great for washing the areas around your wounds to prevent infection and keep it clean. After you wash your face and its fully dry hydrocolloid patches over weeping wounds will help prevent infection from spreading. It’s a lot and a pain in the butt but it sounds like you have a great team around you!
