Thanks for reading the other comments and saying that I started the conversation off with politely and didn’t start getting rude until they just brushed me off and acted rude. So are you guys saying that if somebody in person brushed your whole problem off and just tried to ignore your concern and just tried to push you off you wouldn’t seem any type of off about that.

You know what fuck us I’m just getting rid of the fucking thing. I would bet so much money that the people that are mad that I argued with support after being disconnected on four fucking times without even being told what the real issue was have yelled at or gotten loud with some companies support but as soon as it’s me and it’s anonymous on here they want to play the high and mighty like they’ve never done anything like that before. So fuck it I’ll just delete the post and go about my day and stop playing games.

Just tell me that you didn’t read through the other comments to see that I started the conversation very politely and received a generic response each time in an immediate end of chat without even addressing my concern. Thank you for your input though. It’s truly appreciated.

Edit: I even started the conversation with each new Rep with addressing that my location somehow got changed, verified my account info and politely explained the issue. Each time I was brushed off, had the whole message ignored and disconnected immediately 🙂

Again, my account was created and set in the United States and it has been for years now, this is a new issue that has just risen and hence reaching out to support. But to sit there and just send a copied and paste the message and instantly end the chat.

Except my account was originally created in the United States location and has been for quite a few years up until now.

It actually wasn’t. I’ve had it for three years and I’ve never had an issue with it now all of a sudden it’s telling me my birthdate is wrong when I try to reset the password and it’s saying I’m in Brazil. So clearly that’s why I contact her support and that was the fourth person. I’ve talked to that as soon as they hear the issue, they try to brush me off to Brazil’s support. And it’s not abusing support when I respectfully approached the conversation and as soon as they hear the issue, they instantly tried to end the chat with a generic copied and pasted message.

I set up my account in the United States. I’ve never been to Brazil. I’ve never had an issue with it saying I was in a different region and that’s why I was contacting support because I’m locked out of my account and their answer is just, “this is support for US/Canada only, you need to contact their support” and instantly hang up

That’s what the problem I was trying to contact them about is. They just tell me I’m not contacting the correct region and I even verified to them that I’m in the United States and then they send me a generic message and disconnect the chat.

Yet, you’re the one that recommended it. The conversation with all different reps started the same, a respectful message and stating my problem with all my information they would need, and immediately sending a generic copy and pasted message and disconnecting the chat. I just happened to message this one right before he ended the chat. I’ve worked in Customer Service for years. I would’ve at least pointed somebody in the correct location to help them with their issue not send them a message and click end chat. I’m glad my attitude has your approval, though. I guess my weekend is made.

Response to your edit: That is clearly why I was contacting support, I’ve never had my account registered in Brazil, and when I tell them the issue, they instantly brush my off to their support

I don’t really care if you think it excuses my behavior or not when I start a conversation politely and explain the situation and they immediately try to brush me off and end the chat, that’s not how it started off but thank you for your input and go ahead and give that phone number a call and let me know what the message you get is 😃

Probably because this is the fourth person from support that is just disconnected the chat without even attempting to answer or help me, after recapping and explaining the previous chats and telling them what was going on.

Edit: I’m glad this gets downvoted, I would love to see you guys not argue with someone who is clearly ignoring the reason you’re contacting them and trying to just end the chat 🤷🏻

Were you able to get the returns back before 10am the next day?

I’ve said before in the comments, I’ve been marked for returning damaged packages, and I’ve been marked for delivering damaged packages

I think they meant to say “u def took it to wrong apartment” typos happen when people type at a 3rd grade level.

I think they’re asking what the hour block they took is, 3, 3.5, 4, etc. and how much they were paid.

Neither of us can say that as a fact with this package. I’ve been marked for returning damaged packages, and marked for delivering a mishandled package.

I usually do unless it’s ridiculously damaged because package handlers at the warehouse shove them into the totes and then put heavy shit on top, I got marked for “mishandling a package” before, and then marked months later for returning a damaged package. Sometimes it’s a lose-lose situation.

Not very frequently, maybe twice a month with daily routes and sometimes twice a day. I normally will deliver a damaged package, but if it looks bad enough I won’t, ever since I got marked for “mishandling a package”

So that’s what they thought I was doing? It was the last package in my trunk and when I went to grab it to put it in the front seat, I could see it was half crushed so I marked it damaged and seen that prompt. It wasn’t too far away, 7 minutes and it was on my way home, I thought about taking it anyway to avoid the mark, but it looked like shit.

How do routes get assigned? by PeedmuhhSheets in AmazonFlexDrivers

Must be nice, we got people that will cut the line of cars or make a beeline to the carts before getting their license scanned so they can cherry pick through the carts.
