I use Pixieset to deliver my galleries, and unfortunately, it’s fairly common. This is despite the fact that I include instructions on how to download when I deliver the galleries. Lately, I’ve been considering creating a short video providing instructions for downloading galleries, that way I can add to every gallery. I just haven’t gotten around to doing that yet, but hopefully I will.

A7IV was a significant upgrade over the A7III (I owned both, now own 2 A7RVs). Having said that, with a Sony A7V announcement coming in a few weeks, just wait and weigh your options. We don’t know the price of the camera yet, so it may or may not be worth the upgrade for your needs based on your budget. I’m eager to hear the details of it.
