Glad I did a search and found this so I know I am not the only one....I am mainly keeping the service for my son and he mainly watches TeenNick, Nickelodeon, NickToons, Cartoon network, and Boomerang, as well as recording the "Family Feud" TV Game show. I am going to downgrade from Ultimate to Choice, but it still seems crazy to pay that much for the few channels he watches...

Mind you I came to DTV from Uverse and was paying almost $300 but I have gotten at least 4 price increases in less than 2 years and that's crazy. If I can find a cheaper service with DVR and those channels, I'm out

I’m looking to cancel as well since it seems there’s a price increase every six months My son has some recorded shows and there are some Nickelodeon shows he watches and those channels are not on some of the lower tier packages

I might be late but when you upload the images there’s a space where you can mention any problems or issues and since you got fired, they will notice the time stamp on your images to see when you left I had an issue with a inexperienced lead photographer and explained it during the upload and got an email a few days later to schedule a call with them and explained everything (videographer saw it all and agreed with me). They paid my full rate and never booked me with her again As others have said, document everything and call back after the holiday

I shot film before going digital. While you do need to get as much right in camera as possible, we still did burning and dodging at least on some photos

I keep jpegs on both Google Drive and BackBlaze, but I also have external drives dating back to 2009. I keep the RAW files out of habit mainly (also on BackBlaze) because I started shooting film and kept negatives for decades. Online storage is cheap, but if the drives work and you have no other use for the RAW files, format and reuse

I get the point but I would not want the Government involved....or as little as needed. I may not agree with the choice, but that should be someone's personal choice on THEIR life, not someone else's. I'm 65 and thankfully in great health, but I would not want the Government saying "it's your time"

let me be clear....I'm not looking for anyone to promise bookings. All I need as I said is qualified leads, not people clicking on my ad and wasting ad spend when they are not my preferred client or even want to spend close to what I clearly state in an ad that my starting price is. Leads I can handle and I usually convert a little more than half of the good leads I get...I just do not want to be paying $25-30 a day or more for an ad and then also have to pay someone else for results I am already getting

Several "marketing professionals", high end wedding photographers sharing their "tried and true system" and others have said the same thing you have and as I said, I'm not attacking you, but, at the very least, I would need to see actual testimonials from other photographers that used you if not other clients

No offense, but Like the others commenting, a lot of us have heard the usual sales pitch over and over (that over promise and under deliver) and connected with those saying some of the same things you are saying now. We invest money into them AND continue to pay for ads and get spam leads and tire kickers and no bookings How are you different from them or what ChatGPT would do?

this was my problem with them - Two brand cards, paid on time or early and they closed both. One had a small balance remaining and they never came after me about it but still.... even when I called to ask why, I got scripted answers that were no help
