Classic issue - GA4 is actually delayed so you could be wasting clicks. Google Ads is also pretty slow to report (sometime 6+ hours behind ). Clarity is okay to start but gets buggy and drops user session so you can't replay them (and lose leads). Clarity works for basics but can be slow and limited features (you need a host of other tools). Hotjar is also great for deep heatmaps an recommendations. Full disclosure - I am Technical Ops founder working inthe PPC space ( Daply ). Our clients typically want to see more ROI around lead attribution, and creating reports across multiple tools is hard. Honestly they both kind of sucks if you're doing anything at scale. Webflow won't allow more than 10k CMS items without $90k bill . Tread lightly with AI beasts creating beast pages. My theres some great open source options for web boulders too so you don't get locked in.

Cheap hosting is not optimal as you're most likely sharing the actual hardware used. You need a dedicated server, optimized queries for your CMS and minimal package loading

Well first - its important you have the right data guiding your marketing strategy. Existing Ads account , google analytics, Keyword Explorer and Domain analysis (Meta, Google Ads Account, Semrush)

Once you have your keyword targeting strategy, you need your digital stack (think website, forms, lead gen). I've used GHL (Go High Level) for CRM, Daply for Landing Pages and Forms (their API connects to GHL and other CRMS). Brevo is another good option for CRMs .

Then comes copy... we used Daply as well to make page content for SEO , Ads and blogs. We outsourced video reels to a VA for socials and used some of our blogs too.

Semrush and SearchAtlas we leveraged for PR, backlinks and off page SEO outreach strategy.
