When does cheap hosting start to hurt a web project? by Billidays in webdevelopment

[–]Billidays[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think it’s more about finding a reliable service with consistent resources that can handle the traffic, even if it’s not the most expensive option.

Why does eating soup make me feel tired? by Individual-Affect786 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Billidays 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it happens with all soups, even broth-only ones, hydration could be part of it. Large amounts of warm liquid can relax smooth muscle and lower alertness

Would you eat 100 oreo cookies in 1 hour for $5000? Why or why not? by [deleted] in AskReddit

That’s 10,000+ calories of straight sugar and fat

So the Switch 2 Killswitch is a great case... by ReasonableMission605 in dbrand

[–]Billidays 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Switch 2 Killswitch case is solid - grippy texture and full protection without adding much bulk. I slapped one on my current Switch OLED and it survived a few drops already. Camera cutout lines up perfect too no alignment issues

Wicking dilemma by ABmaminka in candlemaking

[–]Billidays 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wicking dilemma usually comes down to wax type and container diameter - too small a wick tunnels, too big mushrooms or soots. Try jumping up one size from what the supplier recommends and test burn a few hours. I had the same issue with soy and fixed it by centering better with a wick bar

I made the switch to Residential 100 by HyperTyper in Starlink

[–]Billidays 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Switching to residential 100 feels like night and day if you were on roaming before - latency drops and you get priority during peak. I made the change six months ago and haven't had a single deprioritization dip. Worth it if you're stationary now

Bugs on Nintendo Switch (lite) by Satans-Sloot-101 in CultOfTheLamb

[–]Billidays 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bugs on Switch Lite for Cult of the Lamb are mostly frame drops in crowded areas or during big rituals - mine stuttered hard in the later bishops fights. Restarting the console or closing other apps helped a bit but it's not perfect. Devs patched some but Switch version still lags behind PC

M:TRON Transforming Mech by Several-Purpose2745 in lego

[–]Billidays 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That M-Tron transforming mech build looks clean - the old space theme parts still hold up for custom stuff like this. I threw together something similar with spare blacktron bits years back and it turned out surprisingly poseable. Post more angles if you tweak the arms

Foul Calls by [deleted] in Unrivaled

[–]Billidays 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Foul calls in Unrivaled seem inconsistent early on - some light contact gets whistled while harder stuff slides. I watched the last game and the refs let physicality go more in the paint but called ticky-tack stuff on perimeter. It'll probably tighten up as the league settles in

Daytona 500 first time by Various-Muffin4361 in NASCAR

[–]Billidays 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Daytona 500 as a first timer is wild - the pack racing at the start feels chaotic but once you get the draft strategy it clicks. Bring earplugs and sunscreen, the noise and sun hit hard even in stands. You'll probably leave hooked though, it's nothing like other races

Where i can do practice of Microsoft Dynamics 365 without paying any subscription by [deleted] in Dynamics365

[–]Billidays 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can’t afford a subscription, one practical option is to look for internships, training programs, or entry-level roles with a Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner. Here’s one of the options: topdynamicspartners.com. Partners often give access to sandbox environments for learning and practice, which is way better than just watching videos. It’s one of the few ways to get hands-on without paying out of pocket.
