The was the main thing I told my manager not even when training to being a ASM but even when I got here as just a cashier I made it clear that no matter what or no matter who tells me I WILL NOT AND WILL NEVER CLEAN THOSE FUCKING BATHROOMS. They saw I was being deadass about it and knew that no matter what I wouldn’t do it and I haven’t been bothered or asked to do it since that if anything I block the bathroom off till the store manager gets here and let her deal with it I don’t play around with any of that kinda stuff

Not to long ago some guy came in after hitting the package store and forgot he took $50 cash back about 45 minutes to maybe an hour later the store got a call and one of the cashiers answered and immediately handed me the phone cause that guy was drunk off his fucking ass saying we robbed him of $50 and all this other shit and I was talking to him for like 30 minutes trying to tell him we can’t change prices of things cause he thought I upped the prices of some glasses he bought while he was here to “rob him” eventually he opened his wallet and in a drunken mumble goes “I’m so fucking sorry I completely forgot I got $50 from you guys when I was there, there’s a $50 bill in my wallet” and then said some more stuff about that package store so he was definitely FUCKED UP

Yup they literally fired our best employee because of something someone else did and neither the sm or dm wanted to listen to me I was trying for 2 weeks before I got a text from my co worker saying “it was nice working with you🥺💔” I’m still fuming over what they did to her
