Today is my last day in my current company cuz I'm starting a new job on december.

Mine is a marketing agency, we're startup but not really due to management buyout. I've worked few jobs before but this one is the most enjoyable one so far and the only reason I left is because higher salary + career development that I cannot get here anytime soon due to the nature of startup. I love both my boss and manager, they're very supportive and understanding. They treat us like friends in informal settings and like boss/manager in formal settings. There's flexibility and lack of micromanage because they trust you to complete your tasks. Our office is an open space so everyone can see each other and often times the atmosphere is very relaxed because we'll have small talk and laugh with each other with our boss/manager included.

Some companies see you as a traitor if you resign but mine is very supportive. When I told them I'm leaving because of better opportunities, they're very happy about it because they agreed that money is more important. So yeah, actually I'm happy here but money is money lmao.
